We have been engaged by an established organisation that are looking to secure a Systems Analyst that has a background in Oracle Supply Chain.
As the Systems Analyst, you will be working on emerging technologies, such as Oracle EBusiness Suite, within a diverse and collaborative team, you'll manage Stakeholders through effective communication and prioritisation as you continue to drive continuous improvement of the ERP suite of systems by providing guidance and advice on new processes, technology initiatives.
Role Responsibilities:
As the Systems Analyst, you will be working on emerging technologies, such as Oracle EBusiness Suite, within a diverse and collaborative team, you'll manage Stakeholders through effective communication and prioritisation as you continue to drive continuous improvement of the ERP suite of systems by providing guidance and advice on new processes, technology initiatives.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide SME advice on all core Procurement and Manufacturing processes with key focus on Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing applications.
- Provide active production support including monitoring and resolving level 2 support tickets and provide consistent communication to stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into Functional and Technical specifications and closely work with Development & Integration teams to ensure end to end solution is developed, tested, and deployed to Production environment.
- Perform complex system administration and maintenance functions, including system configuration to meet a variety of business needs.
- Work with team to peer review system change solutions and coach/train peers to help build a cross functional-skilled team.
- Work with Capability Architects, Cyber Security architects and wider business community SME's to support and uplift ERP capability and delivery.
- Excellent Technical knowledge of all or many Oracle eBusiness modules, with keys focus on the Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains - iProcurement, Purchasing, Inventory, MRP, Engineering, Bills of Material, Work in Process (Discrete Manufacturing), Order Management, Project Manufacturing and Project Accounting
- Ability to actively engage and contribute in a project-focused environment to provide mainly functional and sometimes technical SME advice, contribute towards project outcomes, solution designing, 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' mapping activities, lead and support project delivery and 'Transition to Support' activities.
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving and proven time-management skills with focus on good customer service and stakeholder management.
- Possess excellent data, process analysis, reporting and design skills, possess strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL experience
- Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain.
