One of our key clients based in Adelaide is looking for a Senior Process Analyst for an initial 5-month contract with longer terms extensions. This role will be instrumental in supporting a major transformation program by developing enterprise process architecture, mapping value streams, and documenting current and future state processes to inform solution design and change delivery.  This role is open to Australian Permanent Residents/Citizens based in Adelaide. HYBRID. Good Rates and Conditions are available with interviews taking in the next few weeks. The initial contract will run to the end of June 2026 with a February 2026 Start.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 7/10 years as a Senior Process Analyst
• Proven ability to document Level 3 and Level 4 processes using BPMN 2.0 conventions
• Proven experience as a Senior Process Analyst in complex organisations.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead process discovery independently and confidently.
• Experience documenting processes in ARIS or similar modelling tools (e.g., Signavio, Visio).
• Understanding of value streams, process architecture and end-to-end lifecycle mapping.
• Background in Finance, Asset Management, and/or Customer lifecycle processes (preferred).
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, structured process designs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement experience
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Australian Permanent Resident / Citizen / NZ Citizen Based in Adelaide
