We are looking for an Oracle HCM functional Lead for a long standing client with the role being based out of Sydney (preferred) or Melbourne 
  
Below is some of the experience we are looking for;  it’s essential that you have lead experience from a functional aspect. 
  
Some of the experience required:

• Recent, hands-on implementation experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle HCM as a functional lead (this is ESSENTIAL)
• Strong experience is required around (Core HR, Talent, Absence, Benefits) 
• A solid understanding of HCM processes and the ability to translate them into functional system requirements.
• A consulting mindset—strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

As part of the Oracle Cloud HCM team, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Oracle transformation projects across a diverse portfolio of clients (on and offshore).  You’ll work across the full lifecycle—from project initiation through to go-live and post-implementation support—helping clients adopt best-practice processes and realise the benefits of Oracle Cloud.


In this role, you will:

• Work directly with clients to understand their business needs, analyse requirements, and design effective Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• Lead collaborative workshops to demonstrate capability, gather requirements, and guide clients on best practice and cloud adoption.
• Prepare clear, detailed configuration documents and functional specifications.
• Continuously grow your Oracle HCM Cloud expertise through training, self-learning, and knowledge-sharing.
• Contribute to presales activities, including proposal development and solution support.
• Travel is part of this role - with occasional travel (must be open to this)
• Hybrid role - with 3 days in the office
