One of our key clients based in the western suburbs is looking for a SAP HCM Business Analyst. This is an initial 8 Month contract with extensions joining a new project in ramp up phase. This role is open to Australian Permanent Residents/Citizens and you will need to be based in Sydney or happy to relocate. You will mainly work from home with 2 days per week onsite. The role entails the following; Support the HCM Program as a Senior Business Analyst with the design, documentation, requirements gathering, process mapping, development, and implementation of the business transformation stream activities for the in-scope people management services, from first point of contact to final delivery of solutions, using a human-centered design approach. Work with key stakeholders to understand and document the current people management services, key requirements and the way in which services are delivered to the business. Support the re-design of people management services, associated business requirements and detailed business processes, bringing in the voice of the customer to identify opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency. Ensure the intent, direction and planned outcomes of the service designs are carried through all program implementation activities and release phases, including alignment and reinforcement across program streams. Support with the development of procurement documentation, working closely with the Business Transformation Director to prepare, identify, evaluate, select and manage a supplier to deliver business and service transformation services to the program. Client will also look at a SAP HCM Functional Consultant who is happy working in BA capacity.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a SAP HCM Business Analyst or Functional Consultant happy working in a BA capacity with a mix of cross module HCM experience. This can be across any HCM Success Factors, Workday, Oracle etc
• High attention to detail with strong documentation and stakeholder skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, ambiguous context without the pre-established frameworks in place and focussing on delivering tailored, fit-for-purpose approaches
• Demonstrated ability to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery and support
• Experience in HR or HCM related programs or experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations
• Experience in the use of JIRA and Confluence (or equivalent) to manage requirements, risk, issues and other appropriate program specifications
• Excellent interpersonal / communication skills 
• Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders 
• Australian Permanent Resident / Citizen
