Salesforce Systems Administrator / Release Manager

Salesforce Administrator Lead / Release Lead is a hands-on DevOps / CI/CD role to manage and execute the Releases and Salesforce Deployments. You'll also provide subject matter expertise across technologies and practices to meet customer requirements for rapid service delivery, reliability and innovation. The role works collaboratively with key stakeholders, vendor representatives, other IT teams / experts to manage releases and execute Salesforce deployments in a fast pace, innovative environment.
 
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Manage end-to-end Releases and Salesforce Deployments
  • Look for and implement constant improvements to the ways of working and how teams interact within them
  • Drive, align CI/CD tools and processes with best practices while managing alongside project, operations and change management teams.
  • Maintain existing CI/CD pipelines & script enhancements in the DevOps backlog
  • Maintain processes, policies, standards, guidelines and governance for both Release and CI/CD operations
  • Support developers from source control, through build automation, merge resolution, CI, test automation, deployment based on tools usage and policies, standards.
  • Drive cultural shift towards DevOps and SRE style delivery practices in a hybrid style environment and empower teams to support themselves.
  • Drive implementation of infrastructure as code where capability possibilities are identified
WHAT YOU REQUIRE
  • Clear understanding of delivery ALM / SDLC value chain in an Agile world, including - but not limited to - Release Management, Environment Management, Test Management & Change Management processes and procedures
  • Experience in integrating code quality, automation testing framework and performance monitoring tools
  • Experience in implementing and defining governance framework around pipelines.
  • Experience in deploying and managing code base for production servers

Compliance Requirements / Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in either Computer Science, Cloud Computing, Mathematics, Computer Systems, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years’ experience in Salesforce DevOps environment
  • Experience operating in an environment supporting management, development and testing all at the same time
  • DevOps in a Salesforce environment (Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Vlocity, SFDMU, SF CLI) with various integrations.
  • Hand-on experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying Salesforce using Azure DevOps
  • Experience in working on DevSecOps capability with Static Code Analyzer / PMD and the implementation of security patterns and standards.
