Project Coordinator (PMO)

We are currently looking to engage and experienced Project Coordinator to work as part of the PMO on an ERP project - ERP Transformation Program experience and Previous shared services experience would be ideal. 

The role is based in Melbourne and is a hybrid - 3 days onsite - fixed term (12mths) opportunity.
 
The Project Management Office (PMO) role provides core delivery assurance for the Back Office Modernisation Program. The role is responsible for integrated project scheduling, delivery logistics, and independent quality oversight to ensure the program is executed in a controlled, predictable, and transparent manner.

The PMO acts as the single source of truth for plans, milestones, dependencies, and approvals, and is accountable for ensuring that all key deliverables meet agreed quality standards prior to formal sign-off and progression through program stage-gates.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
    
Integrated Scheduling & Planning
  • Develop, maintain, and govern integrated project and program schedules across ERP, Operating Model, Data, Technology, and Change workstreams.
  • Consolidate workstream plans into a single master Back Office Modernisation Schedule, including milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
Delivery Logistics & Co-ordination
  • Coordinate delivery logistics across workstreams and vendors, including sequencing, hand-offs, and readiness activities
Deliverable Review & Quality Oversight
  • Establish and apply deliverable standards, review checkpoints, and acceptance criteria. - Coordinate structured reviews of key program deliverables across process, technology, data, and changes.
Sign-off and Stage-Gate management
  • Manage the end-to-end sign-off process for key deliverables, milestones, and program stage-gates. - Ensure all required artefacts, evidence, and approvals are in place to support governance decisions. 
Reporting, RAID & Assurance
  • Maintain program-level visibility of risks, issues, dependencies, and actions (RAID).
  • Produce concise, high-quality delivery status and schedule reports. 
PMO Governance & Ways of Working
  • Apply and continuously improve PMO frameworks, rhythms, and templates aligned to the Back Office Modernisation Program.
