We are working with an established organisation that are about to embark on a large scale HCM transformation program work which will require a Workday Program Architect to be onsite in Sydney for a min of 3 days per week for an initial period of 12mths (very likely to extend) 

In term of your experience, you will of been through multiple Workday programs before and will know the potential pit-falls but also be that conduit between the business and the selected System Integrator (This is a key element of the role) 

You’re equally comfortable diving into technical detail or presenting to executives, always focused on delivering value through smart, scalable design.

You will have most of the following experience;

• You will define and own the end-to-end program architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and the strategic objectives of the Customer Transformation
• Ensures cohesive structures and project communications are in place for cross functional delivery between their area and the following areas: HCM, Payroll, Integrations, Financials, Organizational Change & Training, Data Conversion, and Reporting.
• You will develop blueprints and roadmaps that can be used by all teams to guide the solution decisions that they make
• Establish architecture governance processes, including design assurance, standards adherence, and technical risk management

So what are we looking for in terms of experience: 

• Min 3-5yrs of working at a Program Architect level
• Min of 5yrs experience as a Workday Architect 
• Min 5yrs of experience working in an around HCM programs of work

Current Workday Certification and certified in at least two subspecialities in addition to their area. Must be able to lead in each of these areas. For example, HCM subspecialties must include one of following: Core Compensation, Benefits, or Recruiting.
