PMO Manager – SAP S/4HANA Transformation

One of our established clients is embarking on a major SAP S/4HANA Transformation — a multi‑year enterprise program that’s reshaping the business. We’re seeking an experienced PMO Manager to provide structure, governance, and delivery oversight across this complex program of work.
You’ll work closely with Program Leadership to drive consistency, ensure visibility, and enable confident decision‑making across all streams.

Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite / flexible WFH

You’ll work closely with Program Leadership to drive consistency, ensure visibility, and enable confident decision‑making across all streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the PMO function within a large‑scale SAP/ERP transformation environment
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, processes, and controls
- Manage program risk, issue, and change control registers
- Ensure quality, reporting accuracy, and delivery milestone tracking
- Drive resource management and financial forecasting across streams
- Champion continuous improvement within program delivery
- 7+ years’ proven PMO Management experience across complex programs
- Strong understanding of ERP / SAP delivery environments (S/4HANA experience highly valued)
- Expertise in:
- Stakeholder management and executive reporting
- Risk, issue, and dependency management
- Resource and financial governance
- Quality assurance and continuous improvement
- Experience supporting data migration or transformation programs is a plus
- Must hold Australian working rights and be Sydney-based
