Our client is a well-known Australian financial services business undergoing a major transformation.
Payroll Lead | Workday implementation | Sydney | 4mths | Immediate Start | Hybrid Onsite Role | Will extend
The Payroll Lead will act as the business lead for the new Workday payroll system implementation, and play a critical role in the design, configuration, and implementation of the new payroll system, supporting delivery from initial design through to go-live.
A Project focused role with no BAU payroll responsibilities but will be required to handover to new Payroll Officer once recruited close to implementation date.

- Lead end-to-end payroll system implementation from requirements gathering through to delivery
- Translate payroll, legislative, and enterprise agreement requirements into functional system solutions.
- Financial services industry experience is essential
