Oracle Technical Integration and Security Lead (Oracle EBS to Fusion)

The Technical Integration & Security Lead is responsible for end‑to‑end orchestration and governance of integrations and security within a large‑scale transformation from Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, EPM).
This role does not perform hands-on technical build. Instead, it provides technical leadership, facilitation, and assurance across System Integrators (SI), Oracle, internal Identity & Access Management (IAM) and multiple third‑party vendors supporting legacy and satellite systems.
The role ensures that:

This role does not perform hands-on technical build. Instead, it provides technical leadership, facilitation, and assurance across System Integrators (SI), Oracle, internal Identity & Access Management (IAM) and multiple third‑party vendors supporting legacy and satellite systems.
The role ensures that:
- Integration designs are fit-for-purpose, scalable, secure, and aligned to best practice
- End‑to‑end process orchestration is coherent across platforms
- Oracle Risk Management, role design, and IAM controls are consistently implemented and enforced
- Technical decisions are well‑governed, clearly communicated, and traceable
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role on large‑scale Oracle ERP transformations, ideally EBS → Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise integration best practices (without being a developer).
- Experience coordinating and governing multiple third‑party vendors and legacy systems.
- Solid understanding of end‑to‑end integration orchestration, not just point integrations.
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Role‑based access control
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Oracle Fusion Security and/or Oracle Risk Management
- Experience with Oracle Fusion modules across ERP, HCM, and/or EPM.
- Familiarity with event‑driven architecture and modern integration patterns.
- Experience in regulated or audit‑heavy environments.
- Exposure to cloud security frameworks and zero‑trust principles.
- Prior experience working alongside major System Integrators (e.g. Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, etc.).
