We are working with an established well known organsiation based in Melbourne that are looking to engae an experienced Oracle HCM Tech/Func Consultant that has an exceptional process / documentation background to join an existing project. 

Almost like an SME type role - the role will ideally see the consultant looking after (Core HCM, Talent, Recruitment & Onboarding) 


Required Skills and Experience; 

• 5yrs + experience of (CORE HCM, TALENT, REC/ONB) - ideally within a process improvement / process aligned projects
• Provide day-to-day system support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for automation or process optimisation.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering capabilities across HR processes.
• Demonstrated vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience delivering system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong documentation experience
• Strong understanding of HR business processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skillsOracle Cloud HCM certifications strongly preferred

Great opportudnity to secure a 12mth gig with a great business on a fixed term basis - $160-170k + Super - Hybrid role - MUST be an Australia PR or Citizen
