Oracle HCM Process Lead

We are currently looking to engage an Oracle HCM Consultant (People Systems) to join our client and take up the role of Process/Modular lead on the following modules (REC/ONB, Talent & Core HCM).
Ideally looking for someone such as a trusted advisor to People, IT and
Executive stakeholders, with a strong track record in system strategy, integrations, governance, and operational excellence.
Would suit someone that has come from a Process background and moved into a People Systems role (working on Oracle HCM)
Soft-skills (communication, teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving and emotional intelligence) are very important
Key Requirements:
This role will see you working on an Oracle EBS to Fusion project - but we have Oracle HCM moving from SuccessFactors - so previous experience of this would be ideal.

Key Requirements:
- Strong experience across HR systems (Oracle HCM is essential)
- 7yrs + progressive experience in People systems roles, demonstrating a broad and deep skill set that supports complex organisational needs
- At least 3-4 years of direct involvement in transformation programs, Process management
- Experience leading system upgrades, implementations or transformations
- Previous experience of working on Oracle HCM (Core HCM, Talent, REC/ONB) - Recruitment & Onboarding is the KEY area
- Previous experience of moving SuccessFactors to Oracle HCM would be ideal
- A proactive mindset with the ability to drive process improvement and change
- Strategic and pragmatic: improves outcomes without over-engineering.
- problem-solver: uses evidence, data, and clear decision frameworks
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills paired with clear, sound judgment and a steadfast people-first approach, fostering trust and collaboration throughout change processes.
