Oracle Financials Process Lead

We are working with an established well known organisation based in Melbourne that are looking to engage an experienced Oracle Financials Tech/Func Consultant that has an exceptional process / documentation background to join an existing project. 

Almost like an SME type role - the role will ideally see the consultant looking after (CORE Financials & P2P, R2R & O2C) 


Required Skills and Experience; 

  • 5yrs + experience of (CORE Financials & P2P, R2R & O2C) - ideally within a process improvement / process aligned projects
  • Provide day-to-day system support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for automation or process optimisation.
  • Strong business analysis and requirements gathering capabilities across financial processes.
  • Demonstrated vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience delivering system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong documentation experience
  • Strong understanding of financial business processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Oracle Cloud financials certifications strongly preferred
