JOB DETAILS

We have been engaged by a long standing client to assist in securing an Oracle ERP Manager to join them on a permanent basis - which can be based in either Melbourne or Adelaide. 

The Oracle ERP Manager will be responsible for managing a team of leads and their reports in delivering quality and cost effective systems support services - the role will have up to 8 direct reports and up to 25 non direct.


Some of the role requirements:

• Demonstrated relevant Oracle experience with demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, and prior role of domain knowledge and experience
• Demonstrated exposure to multiple or complex domain analysis
• Demonstrated experience with the architecture and design of systems to meet business objectives.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous Oracle ERP experience (Finance and SCM would be ideal) is very much preferred
• 3-5yrs of solid Team Management 
• Previous Oracle project experience
• High ability to balance conflicting priorities for self and team to deliver against customer and business requirements, with appropriate stakeholder management
• High ability to embrace and lead organisation and/ or technical change and understand the impact on the business or customer
• High ability to motivate individuals and teams across a number of business areas, to shape and implement business or customer requirements
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects to cost, schedule and quality
• Understand governance adherence in the initiative/ project lifecycle
• Analytical thinker, able to define problems and determine innovative solutions which align with strategic plans
• Extensive experience in providing guidance and expertise on the system(s) including external stakeholders
• Exceptional communication both written and oral.
