Oracle EPM Solutions Consultant

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Oracle EPM Solutions Consultant to join a client of ours - role can be based anywhere in Australia

This role is 60% pre-sales and 40% delivery based work - so ideally looking for someone that can excel at presentations, someone that can talk about tools & accelerators and demonstrate the benefits of Oracle EPM. 

You will have experience in Face-to-Face Consulting and have proven experience implementing Oracle EPM across multiple projects and a desire to achieve success for customers.


Essential Job Functions
  • Drive the linkage between strategy and technology to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
  • Play a key role in Pre-Sales activities - 60% of the role will be based around Pre-Sales / Sales activities 
  • Play an active role on client engagements; To design, build, configure, test and deploy Oracle EPM and ERP applications.
  • Work independently with technical and functional direction from workstream leads to deliver finance transformation programs for our clients.
  • Accurately and efficiently define and document finance business processes to underpin successful EPM implementations.
  • Performs quality assurance of solutions being built by consultants
  • Manage and lead a group of customers with a view to growing and improving their EPM solutions
  • Mentor other team members
  • Promote and adhere to best practices
Qualifications
  • 7-10yrs of experience in functional analysis and technical design within a consulting environment
  • Strong proven background in Sales activities
  • Strong experience with leading implementations of Oracle EPM
  • Passionate about helping customers on their digital finance transformation journey
  • One or more certifications in Oracle EPM products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional presentation skills (previous experience of this is a must) 
  • Working experience with financial modelling and / or consolidation processes
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance computer science or related field preferred
