Oracle EPM Process Lead

We are currently looking to engage an Oracle EPM Process Lead to join our client and take up the lead on the following modules (Oracle EPM, Analytics and FP&A) - The initial role will run for 12mths - but the project will run for a lot longer so we do expect that whoever takes up the role - will get extended for a further 6-12mths
Ideally looking for someone such as a trusted advisor to People, IT and
Executive stakeholders, with a strong track record in system strategy, integrations, governance, and operational excellence.
Would suit someone that has come from a Finance (FP&A) background that moved into Oracle EPM Consulting

Key Requirements:
- Strong experience across Finance systems (Oracle EPM is essential)
- At least 3 to 4 years of direct involvement in transformation programs, encompassing operating model redesigns, restructuring initiatives, or technology-enabled change projects, showcasing an ability to thrive in dynamic, evolving contexts.
- Experience leading system upgrades, implementations or transformations
- Previous experience of working on Oracle EPM (Oracle EPM, Analytics and FP&A)
- A proactive mindset with the ability to drive process improvement and change
- Strategic and pragmatic: improves outcomes without over-engineering.
- Constructively challenging: questions legacy practices respectfully and effectively.
- Systems thinking: understands upstream/downstream impacts across domains.
