Oracle EPM Consultants (Planning-EPBCS) | Anywhewre in Australia | January 2026 Starts | Permanent Opportunities | $170k + Super

We are working with an established business in Sydney that are looking to engage a number of Oracle EPM Cloud Consultants (with excellent Planning experience) on a permanent basis.

We have been engaged by a leading organisation to assist in securing a couple of experienced Oracle EPM Consultants that specialise within the (Planning module - EPBCS) - Baseline clearance would be beneficial but all interested candidates MUST be Australian Citizens.

The successful consultant will focus on leading customer consulting engagements, pre-sales activities such as solution demonstrations and tender responses, and designing / architecting EPM solutions for customers.


Essential Job Functions
  • Design and implement Oracle EPBCS solutions
  • Translate business and FP&A requirements into scalable planning application designs
  • Configure dimensions, forms, calculations, workflows, and dashboards
  • Build and manage planning rules using Calculation Manager and Groovy scripting
  • Support data integration, automation, and validation activities
  • Lead testing cycles, user training, and go-live support
  • Coordinate project tasks and contribute to solution demos and client presentations
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience implementing Oracle EPBCS or Planning Cloud
  • Strong understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling
  • Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud integration tools
  • Prior experience with Hyperion Planning or Essbase is a plus
  • Strong financial background with experience of core finance processes such as budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting or management reporting
  • Proven track record of success working on business development initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
