JOB DETAILS

We have been engaged by a long standing client of HCM Australia - to assist in securing 2 x experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultants - ideally based out of Sydney but can look at Melbourne but preference is Sydney.

This role is ONLY for people that actually have hands-on experience of Oracle Cloud ERP - with the focus being on Accounts Receivables and Cash Management)

Some of the key responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with customers and project teams to gather requirements and provide end-to-end implementation and support for Oracle Cloud ERP modules, specifically General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management.
• Design and configure financial processes and workflows within Oracle Cloud ERP, ensuring alignment with best practices and client requirements.
• Perform detailed analysis of business needs to recommend Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, focusing on financial processes such as journal processing, consolidation and reporting, asset capitalisation, supplier and customer invoice processing, employee, customer and supplier payment processing and bank reconciliation.
• Quality management: review of key deliverables; promote consistency in solution; ensure adherence to scope; and ensure adherence to standards and procedures;
• Provide Functional inputs to other streams such as Technical Upgrade, Development, Test and Deployment;

Experience Required: 

• 7yrs + implementation experience plus 4yrs + implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
• Experience designing and configuring Oracle Cloud ERP financial setups, including workflows and approval hierarchies.
• Excellent requirements gathering skills and ability to translate business requirements into functional design specifications.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP modules, specifically General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management.
