Governance and Process Manager – NSW Government | Sydney (WFH + CBD Offices) Contract: Until end of June 2026 (with strong potential for long-term extensions)
Location: Sydney-based – Hybrid (WFH and City offices)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage agenda preparation, papers, and documentation for Enterprise Asset Management governance committees.
- Ensure committee communications are clear, timely, transparent, and aligned with the organisation’s strategic direction.
- Provide governance and commercial support across licensing, supplier agreements, and procurement activities.
- Drive process and business improvement initiatives in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Support executive governance bodies by embedding assurance frameworks and effective governance practices.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational outcomes.
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience in Governance and Process Management within large, complex organisations.
- Proven experience supporting executive-level governance committees and sub-committees.
- Strong understanding of governance and assurance frameworks, commercial management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and administrative capabilities.
