Governance and Process Manager – NSW Government | Sydney (WFH + CBD Offices) Contract: Until end of June 2026 (with strong potential for long-term extensions)

Location: Sydney-based – Hybrid (WFH and City offices)
Eligibility: Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents only

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Governance and Process Manager for a critical position within a large NSW Government enterprise. The role will support high-level governance committees and drive improvement across enterprise processes, reporting structures, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage agenda preparation, papers, and documentation for Enterprise Asset Management governance committees.
  • Ensure committee communications are clear, timely, transparent, and aligned with the organisation’s strategic direction.
  • Provide governance and commercial support across licensing, supplier agreements, and procurement activities.
  • Drive process and business improvement initiatives in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  • Support executive governance bodies by embedding assurance frameworks and effective governance practices.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational outcomes.
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in Governance and Process Management within large, complex organisations.
  • Proven experience supporting executive-level governance committees and sub-committees.
  • Strong understanding of governance and assurance frameworks, commercial management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and administrative capabilities.
