Change and Communications Lead - S/4HANA Upgrade

The NSW Government client needs an experienced change and communications lead to assist in the adoption of their newly upgraded SAP S/4HANA system. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the change strategy to support this.

Additionally, you will drive stakeholder engagement, prepare targeted communications, coordinate change impact assessments, and support readiness activities across business units. You will work closely with project leaders, business Welcome HCM Admin / HCM Admin Search Requests  Summary Details Candidates Notes stakeholders, and the implementation partner.

The role ensures messaging is clear, timely, and aligned to project milestones. A key focus is promoting awareness, managing change fatigue, and enabling end users to transition confidently to new systems and processes.

You must have:
  • At least 5 years in similar roles, large, complex, enterprise-wide organisations - deploying 
  • NSW Government experience ideally 
  • ERP adoption experience - SAP S/4 HANA in an ideal world. But open to other ERP systems
  • Knowledge of Digital Adoption Platforms and deployment
  • Change management certs such as PROSCI or Kotter
