Members based organisation with over 4000 users who work in the medical industry have a number of upcoming projects within the next 12 - 18 months. These projects will involve digital application integration of CRM and other applications. New payment gateway integration, SMS integration (D365 marketing) and other CRM functionality initiatives such as automating process's.
Role & experience
The Business/ Functional Analyst’s role is to improve customer and employee experience through defining, developing, testing, analysing, and maintaining business applications. This includes but not limited to Dynamics 365, Office 365, Dynamics 365 Marketing and Azure applications. The successful Analyst will also research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle.
This position focuses on the companies CRM and 365 applications. You don't have to be a specialist in MS products but ideally have solid exposure and maybe not given the opportunity to increase your skillset. This could include – building business capability of CRM functionality, automation using 365, member portal enhancements, business intelligence reporting and implementing new 365 products as and when they come to market, etc, Ideally, you have some exp in integrating and linking various data into a coherent whole, formulating alternatives and transforming this information and alternatives into a valuable and correct conclusion.
You will learn best practice in gathering and analysing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. This individual will apply proven technical knowledge, business analysis, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximise the benefit of business system investments.

Ideal background
- 2 - 4 years minimum in a similar role (could have come from a support role)
- Demonstrated direct and recent experience with SaaS, PaaS implementations
- Experience in solution and release management
- Tertiary qualification in a related discipline and/or work experience
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, Office 365 applications
- Ideally knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Marketing, PowerAutomate and PowerApps
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills as a business analyst
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including instructional, facilitation and presentation skills
- Able to work cohesively in a team environment
- High attention to detail
- Able to liaise at all levels of an organisation
- 12 extra days of leave a year!
- $2K professional development budget (open to use for relevant certifications)
- Currently WFH 3 days a week and in office 2 days. This is not likely to change. Can be fully remote for locations outside of Sydney. If fully remote, opportunity to travel to Sydney a few times per year. Will need to work Sydney time zone sometimes, depending on work.
