What we are looking for?
Ideally, we’re looking for people with experience recruiting across ERP (Oracle etc.) or Data Analytics. These are areas with warm desks and active accounts.
We would also be keen to hear from anyone with Digital/Development or Government Recruitment experience, i.e. SCM0007, where we also have a number of existing accounts.
You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong Business Development skills; while we have some clients to pass over, we do need people who have the ability to grow and nurture new relationships
A strong work ethic – with an environment where we don’t micro-manage, you need to be self-motivated to be successful.
