One of HCM's key clients is looking for a Senior SAP Business Analyst for a new long term Greenfield S/4 Project based in Sydney. The initial tem is 6 months with extensions. This is an End User site right at the start of the SAP S/4 journey. The successful candidate will have very strong experience, and experience in all aspects of cross functional process of large-scale SAP implementation projects. Role will contribute the design, build, and delivery of the process mapping, role mapping with documenting business rule for segregation of duties (SAP) to support the workflows for complex workstreams. Open to Australian Residents/Citizens based in Sydney or willing to relocate to Sydney to start. A hybrid WFH and onsite model in place.

- Minimum 8 years SAP experience as Business Analyst in a SAP program with recent successes in a large-scale complex SAP environment. At least 2 E2E projects completed
- Proven SAP S/4 Hana experience
- Organise, facilitate, present and manage medium to large size workshops.
- Perform Segregation of Duties analysis and manage the mitigation process; monitor production environments for security violations across business domains
- Map existing ‘as is’ business processes and work with the business to define the ‘to be’ desired state.
- Coordinates the Workflows Integration activities within the SAP ecosystems
- Work with technical resources to interpret and translate business requirements into viable business solutions that meet the business’ needs.
- Participate in the development of test strategies, test plans and test cases and undertake testing activities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
