- 10+ Years of Experience in Oracle Applications ERP
- Financials Solution architect should have worked on COA Transformation project including experience
- Experienced in Solution Architect role in leading Implementations & Integrations
- Strong Process understanding in Finance Business process
- Excellent track record in bringing proactive improvements and Value additions to clients in Oracle Cloud
- Experience in engaging with Client stakeholders to report project status, control risks and build mitigation plans and suggesting Proactive improvement
- Extensive experience in leading Workshops, Design Discussions, Testing Strategy, Stakeholder Management, Training, Cutover Planning.
- Ability to articulate solutions in Business Language and Lead Discussion
- Ability to lead a team on people onsite resources
- Excellent Written and Oral communication skills, able to interact with Various teams and providing solutions
