Job Description - 
  • Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
  • Delivery: Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Responsibilities include, among others, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
  • Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
  • People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

1. Advanced business systems support management, problem solving and continuous improvement skills.
2. Preferred experience in large scale Oracle solutions including Cloud, PeopleSoft, OBIEE applications, system transition to production, transformation programs or ‘greenfield’ operations.
3. Highly developed written communication skills to define compelling cases for optimisation, and the ability to negotiate and align stakeholders to achieve strategic and tactical business outcomes. 
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trusted working relationships, and effectively manage cross functional business, technology and vendor stakeholders to implement systems change.
5. Ability to objectively prioritise competing needs to optimise a production environment to meet immediate customer requirements, and those of strategic programs delivering to fixed time, quality and cost.
6. Demonstrated experience managing geographically dispersed teams to deliver desired outcomes. 
7. A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines with high quality standard
