The Senior EPM Consultant assumes responsibilities throughout the entire lifecycle of a project. This includes the initial engagement to define requirements, design of the solution, implementation, go-live, user training and documentation, and ongoing support.
  
With responsibilities regularly spanning multiple projects, the Senior EPM Consultant will require excellent organisational skills. Projects are regularly delivered on-site at a customer’s location and as a result excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
  

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with customers and colleagues for the consultation, requirements gathering, design, implementation and ongoing support of cloud-based Oracle EPM solutions
  • Work closely with the all facets of the business including delivery, project management, support and sales to constantly strive for superior outcomes for our customers
  • Assist with presales activities and provide support, where required for the preparation of proposals and tenders
  • Participate in presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers for Oracle EPM products
  
Key Skills Required 

To be successful in this position you will possess many of the following attributes:

  • Solid understanding of Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), Hyperion Planning, Essbase and associated EPM products: FCCS, ARCS, EPRCS, OACS etc.
  • Minimum 3 years implementation experience, ideally in a client facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent business analysis experience together with a passion for Performance Management and BI systems and concepts
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Ability to work as part of a project team
  • Experience driving performance across lines of business
  • Demonstrate initiative by identifying inefficiencies and able to recommend improvements
  • Technical aptitude demonstrated by an ability to learn and communicate new concepts easily
  • Process-focused, with keen attention to detail
  • Formal tertiary qualifications in IT or commerce
