An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Oracle EPM Consultant to join our clients team based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

Reporting to the EPM Practice Lead, this role will be responsible for delivering Oracle EPM Solutions across the APAC region and supporting our client’s solutions.

Reporting to the EPM Practice Lead, this role will be responsible for delivering Oracle EPM Solutions across the APAC region and supporting our client’s solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading the EPM support of our clients projects
- Responsible for developing and supporting Oracle EPM solutions in the APAC region
- Full life-cycle responsibility from capturing requirements, designing solutions, testing, deploying the solutions to supporting the solution
- Pre-Sales solutions and ability to present those solutions
- Previous C-Level engagement experience (preferred)
Main Tasks:
- Managing the coordination, execution and reporting of support for all APAC customers
- Managing the Support tool set up, team organisation and processes, escalations etc. to enable effective support and meeting our client SLAs
- Previous Pre-Sales experience is a MUST
- Advising customers on the best use of Oracle EPM solutions which could solve their business problems
- Analysing customer requirements and designing EPM application solutions to solve their requirement
- Developing the code and technical application solutions to quality standards
- Testing the solution to validate it meets the customer requirements
- Documenting the technical design, testing and required user documentation to train users to use the system
- Supporting customer engagement by planning, estimating, costing and demonstrating solutions to customers through the pre-sales cycle
- Providing training sessions to users on the solution
- Overseeing projects including tracking tasks; effort and costs and reporting project status.
- 8-10yrs + of experience developing and supporting Oracle EPM/ Hyperion Applications within complex, integrated environments
- Experience of operating support processes and tools to manage the support process and report on key metrics to senior management
- Certification of Oracle EPM or Hyperion preferred
