One of HCM'S key clients in Sydney looking for a number of Salesforce Business Analysts (x4).
This is an initial 12-month contract with extensions. Melbourne based candidates are preferred but interstate will be looked at as long as you are prepared to relocate to Melbourne at some point/ landed rates apply.
You will be a part of a Salesforce project providing accurate information about business needs and priorities, participating in the ongoing exercise to continuously improve business processes through better utilisation of Salesforce functionality, process re-engineering, standardisation and simplification.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years Salesforce experience
- Proven experience with Salesforce Modules will be around (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community and FSC)
- Experience of Education cloud is highly sought after
- Melbourne location ideally
- Ability to configure a Salesforce environment.
- Consulting background would be ideal.
- Experience gathering business requirements for IT solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills
- Open to Australian Permanent Residents / Citizens
- Ability to start within the next 2 - 4 weeks.
