Optimisation Exec | Optimisation Analyst | Multiple roles 

Opportunity for an Optimisation Specialist to join one of the leading & fastest growing companies in Search/Growth/Marketing & Data optimisation.

The Optimisation Manager is responsible for paid (SEM/Display/Social advertising) and owned (website optimisation) media, website analytics, audience management and segmentation and marketing automation channels.
  
You will work in a small client services team; understanding a clients’ business through a discovery process, analysing their data and business goals to develop a strategy for a consumer journey across various channels
  
We are looking for an Analyst and an Exec paying 65-80 k 

 We invest significantly in training and developing our team in strategic thinking, paid, owned & outbound media strategy / execution as well as in leadership.
  
This role will involve:
Paid Media
  • Develop and optimise paid media strategies (SEM/DIS/SOC/VID) across multiple publishers from a consumer journey perspective including;
Owned Media
  • Develop & execute experiences to test, target and personalise owned media (website) experiences to relevant audiences
Outbound Media
  • Project managing the implementation of the leading marketing automation tools
  • Driving the builds of EDM workflows
  • Managing the automation of CRM lists to support clients in their marketing strategy
Client leadership
  • Own the client relationship and manage customer expectations appropriately
  • Facilitate communication between the day to day contacts and senior stakeholders in the business
  • Project manage tasks delivering them on time and within budget
Team leadership
Provide constructive and relevant feedback ongoing through projects and
tasks
    
Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience with the Adobe Marketing Cloud Adobe Media Cloud Technology,
  • in particular, Ad Cloud, Target, Audience Manager, Campaign and Analytics.
  • 2+ years in Social paid media advertising
  • 1-2+ years in any other paid media; Search, Display, Video
  • 1 year of owned media experience
  • Budget Management technology (Doubleclick, Kenshoo, Power Editor etc.)
  • Team & client management experience
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Self-motivated, responsive and dedicated to customer success
  • Exceptional organisational, presentation and communication skills
