One of my regular clients in Sydney is looking for a Senior SAP HCM Project Manager. You will have proven SAP HCM Payroll Project Management experience (Min 5 Years ) and strong Governance experience. Any AGILE experience a big plus. Please clearly show this on your resume. Key Duties
- Plan and Identify resources, work packages and assigning responsibilities
- Facilitate effective stakeholder management to ensure stakeholders requirements are identified and managed with effective and appropriate engagement and communications. Leading internal work streams including the system integrator, technical architect, technical development, functional analysts, test management and platform release.
- Manage and deliver on each key project phase to the agreed standards, on time and within allocated budgets.
- Prepare regular status reporting and any ad hoc reports and information as required to assist management.
- Analyse project completion performance and feedback information for use in continuous improvement of project planning, development, management and delivery.
- Contributing to overall project governance
