One of HCM'S key clients is looking for a Senior HCM Functional Lead for a work from home permanent role. You can work from home anywhere in Australia. Ideally you will have worked on a recent Single Touch Payroll Project (but not mandatory). You will come from a strong background with a minimum of 10 years Australian SAP HR/PY experience with strong troubleshooting and configuration experience is a must. Some NZ Payroll experience would be an advantage.
Key Requirements
• Minimum 10 years SAP HR/PY experience (Australian)
• Proven HCM experience working as Senior SAP HCM Functional Consultant or Lead / Manager/ Some NZ Payroll experience would be an advantage
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Open to Australian Permanent Residents / Citizens / NZ Citizens
• Ability to start within the next 4/6 weeks
