We are looking to engage a Salesforce Developer with demonstrable experience in configuring Sales and Service Cloud (optionally Field Service Lightning) and well as being able to build key UI/UX elements with “Lightning Web Components” and “Flows”.
You will need to have at least the following SF certifications and upwards of 4yrs experience developing (not just configuring) on the platform:
* Admin
* Platform Developer 1
* Platform App Builder
* Javascript Developer 1 (for LWCs) - [optional]
* Service Cloud Consultant - [optional]
* Platform Developer 2 - [optional]
* Field Service Lightning Consultant - [optional]
Must Haves:
* Good communication skills (written & verbal)
* Solid understanding of Flow (declarative first solutions)
Nice to haves:
* Understanding of service processes
* Understanding of field service processes
* Understanding of contract management processes
* Understanding of billing & invoicing process
* Experience with doc gen packages such as Conga, Drawloop,
