Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage concurrent project schedules
- Project reporting and planning
- Implement management decisions
- Enhancing administrative processes and procedures
- Collation of financial information
- Liaison and communication within the project team
- Continual project monitoring and review
- Maintaining project documentation (ensure project methodology and audit compliance)
- Project Resourcing
- Skills and experience:
- 5+ years Project/Master -Scheduling experience
- Have worked on numerous large and complex projects
- Stakeholder management skills
- Expert in using Microsoft Office suite
- Expert using MS Project Scheduler (essential)
- Experience in working on complex projects
- Excellent communication skills
