Responsibilities: 
  • Ability to manage concurrent project schedules
  • Project reporting and planning
  • Implement management decisions
  • Enhancing administrative processes and procedures
  • Collation of financial information
  • Liaison and communication within the project team
  • Continual project monitoring and review
  • Maintaining project documentation (ensure project methodology and audit compliance)
  • Project Resourcing
Experience:
  • Skills and experience:
  • 5+ years Project/Master -Scheduling experience
  • Have worked on numerous large and complex projects
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Expert in using Microsoft Office suite
  • Expert using MS Project Scheduler (essential)
  • Experience in working on complex projects
  • Excellent communication skills
