This Small to Mid Size Government Agency is focussed on food safety and biosecurity and are undertaking a number of initiatives including a push to cloud that requires two Business Intelligence Reporting Analysts to work within a small, highly skilled team of data analysts

(a) Design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions
(b) Present information through reports and visualisation products (e.g. Microsoft Power BI)
(c) Translate business needs and technical specifications
(d) Conduct data products testing and trouble shooting

(f) Maintain and improve existing data products in production

What are we looking for in an Ideal Candidate?

Essential criteria
- Proven experience as a BI Developer in Power BI
- Collaborate with data users and technical staff in developing visualisation products and reports
- Experience with SQL for data analytics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Desirable criteria
- Experience with data modelling/ETL
- Background in data warehouse design/BI environment
