We are looking for a capable PMO Analyst to support the PMO Manager for a number of large and complex infrastructure projects. Reporting to the PMO Manager, your primary duty will be to coordinate, assist, guide and provide support with the project administration functions, resource allocation, utilisation, forecasting and process improvement functions.

It is important you have experience and can demonstrate your knowledge of the full project life cycle. Existing experience in infrastructure projects such as installation and configuration would be amazing.

  • Daily assistance with Project Administration and Coordination functions
  • Resource planning and allocation
  • Project reporting and planning
  • Implement management decisions
  • Enhancing administrative processes and procedures
  • Collation of financial information
  • Liaison and communication within the project team
  • Continual project monitoring and review
  • Maintaining project documentation (ensure project methodology and audit compliance)
  • Project Resourcing
  • Invoicing

Skills and experience:
  • 5 + years PMO Analysis exp in a structured PMO
  • Have worked on large and complex projects (infrastructure) (ideally )
  • Expert in using Microsoft Office suite
  • Expert using MS Project (essential)
  • Sharepoint, PPM tool experience 
  • Experience in working on complex projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in private enterprise projects (highly regarded) 
  • Must be self motivated and with sharp skills.
