We have been engaged by one of our client to source an experienced Oracle Payroll Functional Consultant to join them on an initial 6mth contract basis. 

The role is a WFH position and is a role that you could do in addition to your current full-time role (we're looking at a max of 20hrs per week - however this could also be 5hrs per week) - if the Ad-hoc scenario is something you've done before - this would work perfectly. 

This position is responsible for marrying in-depth product (Oracle EBS Payroll) expertise with the latest tax and regulatory changes to produce system impact and design specifications and test strategies for Development & QA.

Duites: 

• Provide in-depth functional knowledge of EBS Payroll (AU)
• Ability to articulate business requirements clearly and concisely
• Ability to work within the Agile approach
• Provide Australian Payroll/HR subject matter expertise
• Ensure total product compliance with all applicable legislation and regulations through the analysis of each tax and legislative change

Experience:

• Minimum 7-10 years on EBS Australian Payroll (configuration, functional)
• Experience in other EBS Payroll APAC countries looked upon favourably
• Experienced in Agile (2 + years), preferably a Certified Scrum Master
• Experience working in Jira for Agile (preferred not mandatory)
• Ability to communicate effectively across various teams based in the APAC region and globally as required
• Have a client focussed or consultative approach
• Be committed to excellence and high quality standards
• Be able to work to tight deadlines, remaining calm under pressure
• Ability to work remotely/virtually with other distributed teams
