JOB DETAILS

Looking for dynamic specialist Oracle HCM Implementation consultants to join a growing team in Sydney and Melbourne. You will ideally have suitable Oracle HCM and system implementation experience and certifications.

• Functional and or Technical configuration experience in Oracle HCM Cloud or similar product (with willingness to learn Oracle HCM)
• Ability to work with non-technical SME’s to understand their requirements, make process and solution recommendations and to translate these requirements into solution design
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a delivery team
• Strong functional knowledge and gap analysis
• Experience in HR process improvement and re-engineering
• Demonstrated experience in project management and delivery

Successful candidate will work internally with the delivery team (other functional and technical consultants, project managers and solution architects) and directly with clients to understand their HCM requirements, provide consulting services and recommendations in relation to client business processes and supporting Oracle HCM functionality, solution design and configuration of functional and technical solutions as part of HCM Implementations.
