RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead for functional design, configuration, and sustainment of Oracle HCM SaaS implementations.
- Lead Fit-Gap sessions with the customer to identify configurations of the HCM SaaS solution and document any functional gaps
- Elicit and document requirements and specifications from functional users, and subject matter experts
- Translates customer requirements into a best fit within the application, and develops processes and documentation that support the SDLC
- Lead the application design, configuration, deployment, and security setup activities as needed
- Develop and maintain standard systems requirement documents including but not limited to: business process workflows, Functional Requirements Documents; Requirement Traceability Matrix, and use cases.
- Implement complex enterprise system configurations and end to end development design
- Demonstrate configurations through the development of prototypes
- Work with the customer and partners to document legacy system data mappings and convert legacy data to the target Oracle HCM SaaS format
- Create business process models and identify business process improvements
- Assist the team in helping to build, configure and test integrations between HCM and other third party/custom solutions as necessary
- Effective communication skills and demonstrated experience working in a team-oriented environment
- Apply HCM knowledge and industry best practices in developing the to-be business processes and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or other technically relevant degree
- Versed in the fit-gap analysis, configuration, implementation, integration, test and deployment of Oracle Fusion SaaS HCM products
- Has been the lead for functional configuration of Oracle for multiple organizations that use Oracle HCM or Fusion as an integrated ERP suite.
- Must have strong written, verbal, and listening skills
- Experience with gathering reporting requirements and conducting “map and gap” analysis/assessment
- Must have strong analytical skills and can demonstrate strong problem solving skills.
