We have been requested to source and experienced Oracle Developer that has a background in Oracle Financials.
You’ll be joining the solutions development team of our client which is proactively aligned to delivering customer service success, while focussed on maintaining a robust and thorough applications development and operations centre of excellence.
You will collaborate with business units and central IT teams to improve the end-user experience and adoption of web / mobile applications. The incumbent will be there on hand to offer advice to more junior team members.

Skills & Experience:
Demonstrated Experience in developing customisations for Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1 and Oracle BI Publisher
- Developing for Oracle application using Java and PL/SQL
- Developing for Oracle E-Business Suite: workflow, reporting and OAF
- Knowledge of Oracle BI reporting tool, either XML Publisher or BI Publisher
- Developing and maintaining system integrations
- Familiarity with Linux shell and scripting.
- Experience with Oracle Database, MS SQL Server design/ procedures/ jobs
- Unit Testing, TDD, Design patterns
- Source Control systems such as git
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, git
- Willingness to work on other non-Oracle systems as required, using other development tool as required, such as HTML 5, .net, Boomi Atom sphere
- Experience developing applications in the cloud
- Development experience in HTML, JavaScript, CSS
- Understanding of SOAP, RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, WebAPI
- Understanding of impacts of IT security
- Exceptional communications skills - both written and oral
