Kronos and HCM Business Analyst

The role will consist of detailed analyst of user requirements, business procedures and reported problems to automate processing or to improve existing business processes through the implementation, data cleanse, upgrade and/or configuration enhancement of the ERP solution and associated applications. Position will also be responsible in ensuring that the Time & Attendance solution is correctly implemented, trained and supported in country. 
 


– Conduct system testing, documentation and training
– Consult with the managers in the business to analyse current operational procedures, identify problems and opportunities for improvement and learn specific input and output requirements
– Write detailed descriptions of user needs, process steps and configuration settings to deliver the required outcome
– Review information system capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations to determine if the requested process or process change is possible within the existing system
– Study the existing information processing systems to evaluate their effectiveness and recommend new systems to improve production or workflow as required
– Provide on-going support and advice to users of the systems to ensure the systems continue to support existing and changed business practices
