Urgent opportunity for a Junior/mid level Support Analyst to work for a not for profit organisation over the summer months to help with some uplift in the team during this busy period.
The successful candidate will be liaising with all levels of the organization about pasword reset, pc builds, application support. You will also be involved in performing, system maintenance, server management, workstations - reconfigured etc
Experience needed:
● 1-2 years experience in tech support roles - hardware and apps
● Active directory experience
● Microsoft Server Stack experience
● Microsoft & Google office products, ticketing management systems - Jira and Zendesk etc
