IT Project Manager + Jnr Project Manager/ Project Coordinator

SAED Project Manager ~ $800 - $900 per day + super ~ 12 month contract

We are seeking an experienced SAED Project Manager to interface with suppliers, Government agencies, and internal departments to support fast track SAED delivery of protracted/late delivery sites. Focused on effective escalations and reporting on site matters and status. This will be a contract opportunity for 12 months, with strong possibly of renewal.

Key requirements:
- Extensive telecommunications network property management and       governance experience operating at a manager level
- Demonstrable track record in telecoms network SAED delivery including scheduling,
governance in a PMO environment
- Experience in business process improvement
- Mastery of presentation tools such as Microsoft Office, Power BI or Tableau
- Experience in managing, tracking, large number SAED sites, issues and escalations
- Qualification in PMP, Prince2 Program or Project Practitioner level (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to manage competing priorities and provide high levels of support in complex environments
- Accountable for the development and maintenance of schedule and governance to deliver SAED critical path and challenging      site acquisition
- Manage through best practice, analytics, schedule and governance, the performance of
  SAED priority sites
- Prepare executive level reporting, presentations and dashboards for the program below the SAED banner.
- Drive innovation and deliver high quality service and cost savings without compromising
  output quality.
- Provide regular, accurate and quality reporting on behalf of the NSWTA Executive team to
  advisory boards, government agencies and partner organisations of the various program’s
  performance against objectives, financial outcomes and anticipated benefits.
- Report on programs to ensure identification and timely resolution of escalated program
  level issues and management of program issues and risks.
- Provide timely and expert support to SAED Managers and SAED leadership teams
- Build influential relationships with government agencies and private sector partner
   organisations on program related matters to ensure they are appropriately briefed, and their concerns are addressed.

Key challenges:
- Working in a matrix team environment with internal teams and external partner
  organisations to prioritise work packages and take appropriate action to address differing
  needs.
- Interfacing with government agencies to ensure timely outcomes on priority sites.
- Attaining escalations support from Exec and high-level Stakeholders.

Project Coordinator/ Jnr Project Manager ~ $600 - $750 per day + super ~
12 month contract

We are seeking an experienced SAED Jr Project Manager/Project Coordinator to interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of the Public Safety Network on behalf of the NSW Government. The role assists SAED and Program Managers in Governance, SAED site deliverable management, scheduling, reporting and change control while adhering to high standards of excellence in customer service. This is a contract opportunity for 12 months, with strong possibly of renewal.

Key requirements:
• Demonstrable track record in telecoms network SAED delivery including, governance in a PMO environment
• Strong telecoms experience operating at a coordinator or Jr Project manager level
• Technical knowledge of telecommunications site and network Design including Tx, RF and Power preferred
• Qualification in PMP, Prince2 Project Practitioner level (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
• The ability to manage competing priorities and provide high levels of support in complex environments

Key accountabilities
• Support SAED lead and Program managers in progressing SAED tasks to timebound outcomes
• Act as a key point of contact for SAED leads into the project management office and assist in the SAED program governance.
• Prepare executive level reporting, presentations, and dashboards for the program below the SAED Team banner.
• Leverage SAED data from multiple sources and develop related communications that are needed to provide program visibility and to maximise decision-making.
• Build influential relationships with government agencies and private sector partner organisations on program related matters to ensure they are appropriately briefed, and their concerns are addressed.
