IT Contract Manager - 6-month contract - systems audit

Major Duties
  1. Review the current database of identified IT systems (Cloud, On-premises and Managed-services), and ensure active contracts exist for each system.
  2. Review all contracts, ensuring compliance with organisations IT, privacy and data governance, and all supporting artefacts are evidenced and filed in the appropriate electronic records management system.
  3. Flag and alert the Vendor Relationship Manager for each system on gaps identified, establish a plan on what they need to do to address the gaps, and by when.
  4. Ensure the contracts and supporting artefacts are recorded appropriately in the electronic records management system (TRIM), with the correct meta-data.
  5. Establish a framework for ongoing management of IT contracts and SLA compliance, in-line with the relevant legislation and the organisations policies and procedures.
