The Human Capital/Change Consultant will play a key role in this large scale transformation program to with a particular focus on HR Org Design.
You will be working with a major government agency on a change management and op model refresh project that requires some cultural realignment before the change can take place. This will be co-designed with senior member on the project currently.

- Human Capital/HCM/Change Consultant level experience and understanding of change management techniques and practices with a good strategic head. Coming from a corporate background is essential (ideally from a banking background)
- At least 5-10 years’ experience of working change assignments
- Ability to define and analyse change impact assessments and work with changing parameters
- Significant understanding of core change management disciplines including but not limited to change impact assessments, change/business readiness assessment and planning, stakeholder analysis and management, training design, development and deployment and communications.
- An ability to liaise with senior level stakeholders, preferably in the private sector
- High level oral and written communication skills and documentation skills
- Workshop facilitation, presentations & Stakeholder Management.
