Contract Mission 

 
Design and implement data architecture of the online forms solution that constitute the new business system.

Design and implement data architecture of the CRM system that constitute the new business system.

Assist in the implementation of data exchange processes
Discuss and solicit data requirements from business stakeholders and document

Review, develop and maintain documentation

Assist the program Data Stewards and the custodians to establish data principles, governance and technical data standards and business terminology
Assist in the extraction of data to support the new business system processes and reporting
 
Selection Criteria 

Essential skills and experience  

• Experience with Dynamics CRM On premise or Online.
• Ability to liaise effectively with key business stakeholders to gather technical and functional requirements around components such as CRM entities, online forms.
• Developing analysis documentation including workflows, functional and non-functional specifications and designs, training guides, user manuals
• Experience in design and implementation of online forms
• Experience validating business data in online forms and administrative applications
• Experience with data modelling

  
Nice-to-have skills and experience  

• Tertiary qualifications - degree in IT, business or similar is desirable
• Experience working on data modelling projects
• Experience in working on solutions to support data exchange between agencies.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with Scrum/Kanban
• A self-starter who can work well alone or in a small team

  
Contract Team


You will be working with a multi-disciplinary team including Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers. The work will also include working closely with the business area.

What are the working arrangements?   Candidate should be available on-site 5 days a week where possible. Flexible working arrangements can be negotiated where operational requirements allow.
