Change Management Lead

HCM is on the lookout for a Change Management Lead to work a business readiness pieced of work for a major global retail outlet. Working on behalf of a major consulting firm you will be engaging with senior stakeholders globally so drawing on your experience with consumer products will be key to success.
In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Providing overall direction for change management activities at the global and regional level.
  • Outline the strategy and plan for the program and work with regions to identify and coach resources to deliver.
  • Engage the GPMO and stakeholders to understand the overall strategy, progress against plan and to manage key dependencies.
  • Drive progress against plan, reports on status, risks and issues and attends governance meetings.
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders and participates in key governance forums to present change management progress and status update.
  • Responsible for providing Regional teams with tools and templates for executing change management activities.
  • Review regional change outputs and deliverables providing quality assurance to ensure business readiness.
  • Business readiness criteria to evaluate and monitor the level of business engagement and readiness.
  • Quality Assurance review of knowledge transfer and handover plan, including any residual items that need managing post go-live.
