Business/Process Analyst - Major Transformation

A great contract opportunity exists for a Business/Process Analyst to come into this large transformation piece of work.
You will be gathering requirements, conducting workshops with all stakeholders and business units, executing proposed solutions, design processes that can be used by business to achieve its goals and stated objectives as well as compare current and new techniques to existing procedures to determine the best course of action. You will also be responsible for undertaking systems and manual process analysis, process design and modelling. Analyse and review business processes, procedures, and work instructions for business functions, including systems and applications, to identify process gaps and to enable development of improvement strategies.
  
If you have the following experience then, please get in touch:
  • Demonstrated high level computing skills including MS Office software suite, and knowledge and contextualised understanding of corporate systems.
  • Demonstrated high-level capability to use enterprise level process modelling platforms e.g. ARIS to capture policies, processes, procedures etc.
  • Demonstrated high-level written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels across an organisation.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the relationship between Strategy & Operational Process enablement
  • Experience in applying policies, procedures and practices.
  • Demonstrated high level analytical, organisational and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and commitment to the delivery of high quality customer service.
