Role Description:
Senior Business Consultant/Analyst. Client facing role. Under the guidance of the Lead Business Consultant, work with the client and delivery team and partners to facilitate business and functional solution requirements workshops and document the resulting outcomes to satisfy business requirements and program scope.
Responsibilities:
- Produce business requirements, business process diagrams and functional specification deliverables to a very high level of quality and completeness, and facilitate client acceptance
- Lead and facilitate workshops with client and partner stakeholders to elicit requirements and develop corresponding specifications
- Take responsibility for the Finance requirements and processes within the context of an ERP transformation program
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience in a business analysis or business consulting role
- Knowledge of Financial controls and processes within the context of the
- Bachelor degree in software, systems or related IT discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Workshop facilitation and consulting "soft skills"
- Proficient in requirements elicitation, business process modeling and writing of functional specifications
- Knowledge of BPMN or similar business process modeling notation
Desirable Skills/Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in a business analysis or business consulting role
- Experience in Finance and HR domain and reference business process models
