The Role:
The IT Application Support Salesforce Administrator manages and is responsible for the on-going “care and feeding” of the Salesforce CRM platform – user support, on-going configuration and platform growth, analytics, release management and data work.
You will act as the first point of contact for all Salesforce issues, testing and review CRM configuration, systems and performance management, understand and manage sandboxes.   • Tertiary qualified –degree level business systems or computer science
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Certification in Salesforce Administrator ADM 201 (highly advantageous)
  • Experience with Salesforce marketing cloud
  • Exposure to Informatica Data Integrator and Informatica MDM
  • Strong communication skills, including ability to communicate with all levels 
  • Ability to work autonomously and keep all stakeholders informed
  • Attention to detail and strong degree of accuracy
  • Willingness to learn, display initiative and take on new responsibilities
  • Proactive approach to problem identification and resolution
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with external customers
  • Excellent organisational skills and deadline driven
