Leading educator currently seeks an Application Support Analyst for a 6 month engagement.
You will be based in Sydney’s CBD working on a mix of applications/software and functional support work and SQL querying etc. You will need to have good skills in analyising incident management tickets and know when to pass-on. Having this knowledge in incident management will see you work more project based work).
Must have perfect communication skills with 5 + years in a similar support role with tech skills in SQL and database querying/scripting.
